RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Kindly note that our candles are crafted in small batches by hand, which may result in variations in appearance, color, and minor imperfections that are inherent to the handmade nature of the product. Rest assured; these differences will not affect the performance of the candles.

Please note that we do not process any returns, exchanges, or cancellations on purchases.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will require an unboxing video and images to verify the claim of the damaged products. Following verification, we will evaluate and approve replacement requests (which are at the sole discretion of our team and management).

Damaged or Incorrect item-

While we take utmost care in packing our products securely, in the rare event that damage occurs during transit, we will verify the complaint and process a replacement within 5-7 business days, depending on availability. To be eligible for a replacement, please note that the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was sent by us. Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error, will not be considered for replacement.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected], providing your order details and mentioning your concern. Kindly note that we will require an unboxing video and images to verify the claim of the damaged products. We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement request.

Regrettably, if you do not notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement.

Sale items-

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, replaced or cancelled.

Lost Items in Transit-

Once the items have been shipped, responsibility of delivery lies with the shipping company. If an item is lost during transit, it is the responsibility of the shipping company and cannot be returned. For further information, customers are advised to please contact the shipping company directly.
