SHIPPING POLICY-

Kindly be informed that our business operates from Mondays to Fridays, between 10 am and 5 pm. Note that business days do not include public holidays within India.

Our team produces and packages orders in small batches. We solely use ingredients that are sourced domestically and arrange group deliveries to minimize our carbon footprint.

India/ Domestic Orders-

We use registered courier companies to ship orders all over India, taking 5-7 business days to process and dispatch orders. The estimated delivery time is usually 5-6 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the shipping location. However, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package in real-time.

Please be aware that Sivara Decor is not liable for any delays, damages or loss that may occur during transit by courier or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier or postal authorities within 5-7 days from the order and payment date, or as per the agreed delivery date confirmed during order confirmation. The delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer. Confirmation of delivery will be sent to the buyer’s registered email ID. Cost of Shipping-

At present, we are shipping our products within India only. A standard shipping charge of Rs.100 will be levied at the time of your checkout.

If you are located outside India and wish to place an order with us, kindly reach out to us directly, and we will assist you with the necessary arrangements for shipping your order. Please note that all shipping expenses for international orders will be borne by the customer, and we will inform you about the cost before dispatching your order via the courier company.

International Orders-

Once your order is placed, we will process it separately with the designated delivery company. Please be aware that the order will not be processed until 100% payment is credited to us. The consignee is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order. The estimated delivery time is approximately 8–10 days, depending on the location of delivery.

Please be aware that Sivara Decor is not liable for any delays, damages or loss that may occur during transit. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for the order. Delivery to an International address may require the consignee to pay additional fees such as duties, taxes, and brokerage fees as mandated by the government for which the shipment is received. Customers are advised to check with a local government agency for more details. All such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by Sivara Decor.

Once your order is shipped, Sivara Decor will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your order via email. Please note that we will not be able to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Additionally, we do not have control over international customs or import duties and shipping times. Please be aware that order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, incorrect delivery details, order changes, stock availability, or errors.

BULK ORDERS & CUSTOMISATIONS :

Gifting customisations / Wedding or events gifting/Corporate gifting/ Private or White labelling.

We are open to customizations but exclusively on bulk orders. Customisations are, however, limited to colors and designs of containers. Fragrances can be selected from our already existing scents. All bulk orders must be placed at least 20 days in advance. Special prices may be provided based on the quantity and customizations requested for your order.
